ACEP21 provided a wide array of courses and up-to-date information. Don’t let this valuable education go to waste!  Remember to claim ACEP21 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits you earned attending those education sessions.

ACEP is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Whether you attended in-person or virtually, claiming your CME is simple.

This year’s ACEP21 Scientific Assembly provides in-person attendees “blended virtual conference” credits. Attendees are eligible to earn a maximum of 233.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

These in-person course credits can be claimed for:

  • Courses held between October 25-28, 2021, during the live component immediately following the conclusion of the event and commensurate with your participation.
    • The live portion of the event has a maximum of 24 hours of credits.
    • CME Certificates will reflect "ACEP21 Scientific Assembly."

If you attended ACEP21 at a virtual “at home” participant, you can claim CME credits for:

  • Internet Live Streaming Courses
    • Dates, course selections and credit hours will be determined at a later date.
  • On-demand Courses
    • CME Certificates will reflect "ACEP21 Scientific Assembly" with a sub-title of the individual course name.
    • The OnDemand at-home participant portion of the event has a maximum of 19.5 hours of credits.
    • Courses will be available for 30 days via the conference platform.

For virtual ACEP21 attendance, participants are eligible for up to 209.75 credit hours. On-demand course credit will be available until April 24, 2023. CME Certificates will reflect "ACEP21 Scientific Assembly" with a sub-title of the individual course name.

Specialty Credits are available as well. Visit the ACEP21 Continuing Medical Education section at ACEP.org.
