Dr. and Lady Glaucomflecken
Get ready to laugh and cry at the ACEP22 Keynote Address! Dr. Will Flanary and his wife Kristin, best known as their social media alter egos, Dr. and Lady Glaucomflecken, have quite a story to tell. Dr. Glaucomflecken, a comedian-turned ophthalmologist, has entertained many with his hilarious medical skits, but he and Kristin have also endured much hardship together. He’s a two-time cancer survivor who was revived by Lady G when he suffered a sudden cardiac arrest in his sleep. Together they will share their perspectives about the physician, patient, and family experience. Consider this your official tissue alert — between the belly-laughs and pulled heartstrings, you might need them!
